How to make Bitter Gourd Chips
• To make bitter gourd chips, buy bitter gourd from the market, wash it thoroughly and peel it, then cut the bitter gourd into round pieces.
• Now heat water in a vessel and add some salt, put the bitter gourd in it and keep it for 20 minutes. • Now take out this bitter gourd from the water and keep it in a plate, and let it stay for 5 minutes.
• After taking out these round cut bitter gourds from water, add salt, turmeric, chilli, coriander, masala, rice flour and mix everything well.
•Keep in mind that the Chawla flour should neither be too much nor too less; just add enough amount so that it gets mixed well with everything.
• Now turn on the gas and put a pan on it and pour oil in it. After the oil is heated, put the mixed bitter gourd in the oil and fry it on low flame.
• While frying bitter gourd, turn it from both sides in between so that it does not burn. After frying on both sides on low flame, filter it out with the help of a sieve.
• Now your delicious bitter gourd chips are ready, these bitter gourd chips are so tasty that even children can eat them easily, it is not too spicy and is crispy to eat.
