Gujarat BJP President CR Patil, very close to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has once again been fielded in the election field. He will contest elections again from Navsari Lok Sabha constituency. Even at present, he is an MP from there and was among the BJP candidates who won with the highest margin in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections in Gujarat. Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s Gandhinagar seat has also been retained. After Amit Shah, CR Patil is considered to be the biggest BJP candidate in Gujarat.
CR Patil has the trust of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. His role has been very important in taking BJP to new heights in Gujarat. This time, his role was very important in helping BJP win the assembly elections with historic public vote. But at present he is also the state president along with being an MP.
