To make Gond Laddu, take 1 cup edible gum, 1 ½ cup flour, 1 cup desi ghee, 1 cup powdered sugar, 50 grams chopped cashews, 50 grams chopped almonds, 50 grams chopped pistachios and 50 grams watermelon. Take the seeds.

To make gond laddus, use a heavy bottomed pan. Heat ghee in a pan, then add crushed gum into it and fry it on medium flame. When the gum swells, turn off the gas and keep it to cool. After this, put the gum in the mixer and grind it lightly. Now heat ghee again in the pan and fry the flour on medium flame. When the flour starts turning golden, add all the chopped dry fruits to it, stir for a while and turn off the gas. After cooling the dough, add gum and powdered sugar to it.
