Miscreants shot two youths in Begusarai

Firing has happened once again in Begusarai. Criminals shot two youths late on Saturday night. In this, one died on the spot while the condition of the other is critical. He is undergoing treatment in a private hospital. The incident is of Nagdah locality of Singhaul OP area. Local people say that some miscreants were creating ruckus in Nagdah Mohalla late on Saturday night. Both the youths were also returning to their homes during this time. Both of them refused to make hue and cry about the miscreants who were creating ruckus. In a fit of anger, he shot both of the miscreants with bullets. The deceased has been identified as 40-year-old Ramkumar Mahto, a resident of Nagdah Mohalla of Singhaul OP area. While Gajendra Kumar (30) is injured.
Both were returning home after completing the ceremony of Chauthari
Relatives told that Ram Kumar Mahato was returning home from Singhia village with Gajendra after completing the Chauthari ceremony of his daughter’s marriage. Some miscreants were creating ruckus near the house. When Ram Kumar protested, the miscreants started firing. The miscreants fired several bullets at his chest and face. Due to this he died. Gajendra was seriously injured. After the incident, the family members are in bad condition by crying.
Police engaged in investigation
There was sensation in the area after the firing. There was a crowd of people around. Here, as soon as the incident was reported, the police reached the spot and sent the dead body of the youth to Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The police have been involved in the investigation of the case. Police say that the cause of the murder is being ascertained. Some people are being questioned. Raids are being conducted in search of the killers. Further action is going on in the matter.
