Ingredients to make Kesar Malai Ladoo
Paneer – 1/2 kg
Cream – 250 grams
Sugar powder 1 cup (as per taste)
Saffron – 1 pinch
Cashew – 2 tbsp
Pistachio slices – 2 tbsp
Cardamom – 4-5
Sweet yellow color – 1 pinch

How to make Kesar Malai Ladoo
To make Kesar Malai Ladoo, put cream in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat. Fry the cream while stirring it with a spoon for about 5 minutes. When the cream melts and becomes slightly thick, add grated cheese to it. Now once again fry this mixture while stirring it with a spoon. When the mixture becomes thick, put 2 spoons of milk in a bowl and add saffron to it and mix it well, then add it to the mixture and mix it well.

When the saffron mixes well with the mixture with the help of a ladle, add a pinch of sweet yellow color to the laddus to give it a yellow color. Keep in mind that the mixture has to be fried until it thickens properly. After this, turn off the gas and spread the mixture in a plate and keep it aside for 10 minutes. When the mixture remains slightly warm, add sugar according to taste.

After mixing the sugar well with the mixture, cut the cashew pieces and put them in the mixture as well. After adding cashews to the mixture, take a little mixture in your hands and tie round laddus. When the laddoos are tied, put pistachio shavings and some cardamom seeds on it and keep them in a plate. Similarly prepare Kesar Malai Ladoo from all the mixture. To make everyone’s mouth sweet on Guru Purab, Kesar Malai Laddoos are ready.
