Patients were troubled in the humid heat due to power failure since morning. Burned patients were the most troubled in the heat. Children were seen crying in the children’s ward. At the same time, the attendants were seen waving handmade fans. More than a thousand people were troubled due to the gross negligence of the hospital administration.

The condition of patients admitted in the emergency ward of the district hospital was bad. Here the health workers were seen examining the patients with torches.
