A candidate returning after giving the police recruitment exam in Hamirpur district died in a road accident. Chikasi SO Santosh Kumar Singh said that on Saturday late evening, information was received that two bike riders were injured in a road accident near bridge number 155 of Bundelkhand Expressway. It was learned on the spot that Sonu Kushwaha (23), a resident of Dhantauli village of Jalaun district, along with his friend Prince Kushwaha (19) were going home by bike after giving the police constable recruitment exam. Bike rider Prince Kushwaha died on the spot due to the bike colliding with the divider. While Sonu Kushwaha was seriously injured. Sonu has been taken to Orai Medical College. The body of the deceased has been kept in the mortuary of CHC and the family members have been informed.
