A father who murdered his daughter by beheading her with an ax about four years ago has been sentenced to life imprisonment. Additional District Judge Court No. 3 Achhelal Saroj has also imposed a fine of Rs 20 thousand. Chowkidar Usman, resident of Chathiya village of Majhila police station area, had lodged the report on March 3, 2021. It was told that at 5 pm on March 3, 2021, information was received that Sarvesh, resident of Pandeyatara village, had murdered his daughter Neelam (18) by slitting her throat. When he reached Pandeytara, he saw that Sarvesh was going towards the road carrying Neelam’s severed head in his hand.
