The dead body of a girl was found lying on Chila road in Shyampur police station area. During police investigation, the girl was identified as Aradhana, a resident of Delhi. Angered by her family, she reached here from Delhi and consumed poisonous substance near Chilla Road, which resulted in her death.
According to the police, on Thursday afternoon the police received information that a girl was lying in an unconscious state on the way to Machhala Kund on Cheela Marg. SO Nitesh Sharma, Chandi outpost in-charge Vikram Bisht reached the spot with the team.
When the police saw, foam was coming out of the girl’s mouth. When PRD lady Jawan Rajkumari checked, the girl was found breathing stopped. A bag and mobile phone were found from the spot. A shawl and a glass along with white colored powder were found inside the bag.
