Haryana Ministers Portfolio Allocation: Nayab Singh Saini keeps home Anil Vij gets energy and transport


Haryana Ministers Portfolio Allocation: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini distributed portfolios among the ministers on Sunday (October 21) night. Chief Minister Nayab Saini has kept the Home and Finance portfolios with himself. Whereas Anil Vij was given energy and transport departments. Vij was the Home Minister in the Manohar Lal Khattar government.

Saini will take charge of 12 departments. Apart from Home and Finance, he holds the ministries of Planning, Excise and Taxation, Town and Country Planning and Urban Estate, Information, Public Relations and Law.

What did Aarti Rao get?

Union Minister Rao Inderjit Singh’s daughter Aarti Rao has been given Health, Rao Narbir has been given Industry and Environment, Arvind Sharma has been given Jail and Kiran Choudhary’s daughter Shruti Choudhary has been given Women and Child Development Department.

Krishna Lal Panwar has been given Development and Panchayat and Mines, Mahipal Dhanda has been given Education, Vipul Goyal has been given Revenue Department.

Shyam Singh Rana will handle the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department while Ranbir Gangwa will handle the Public Health Engineering Department. Krishna Kumar Bedi holds the portfolios of Social Justice, Empowerment and Scheduled Caste and Backward Class Welfare.

Minister of State (Independent Charge) Rajesh Nagar has been given the Ministry of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs. Minister of State Gaurav Gautam (Independent Charge) will handle the Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship and Sports departments.

On November 17, Naib Singh Saini took oath as minister. Along with him, the Governor administered the oath of office to 13 other leaders. These included Anil Vij, Krishna Lal Panwar, Rao Narbir, Mahipal Dhandha, Vipul Goyal, Arvind Sharma, Shyam Singh Rana, Ranveer Gangwa, Krishna Bedi, Shruti Chaudhary, Aarti Singh Rao, Rajesh Nagar and Gaurav Gautam.

‘Wrong decision should be taken back,’ Bhupendra Singh Hooda said against action against farmers burning stubble.
