Shopkeeper Kishore says that every day from 3 in the evening they open the shop and close it late in the night from 10 to 10.30. Due to being a student area, there is a crowd of students till the stock of Jalebi is over.

Shopkeeper Kishore tells that the method of making Haryana’s special Jalebi is also special. After whisking the flour and filtering it in oil, it is put in sugar syrup. Cardamom powder is also mixed in it. This enhances its taste further. After this, coconut powder is sprinkled on the hot crispy jalebi.
