Talking to Local 18, Startup Cafe owner Prajwal Nautiyal says that he is born in Dehradun and has eaten momos available in every area of Doon. Was very fond of eating Momo. When he used to go to other place to eat momo, he noticed one thing. That is, the layer of fine flour in Momo is very thick, which is also harmful for health and also spoils the taste of Momo. That’s why he thought of making paper thin momos in his startup cafe, his idea was successful and his paper thin momos have created a buzz across the city.
He says that he started this restaurant with a cloud kitchen. During Kovid, he thought of doing his own startup and when he started a cloud kitchen, it was a small startup, so he named this restaurant Startup Cafe. He says that people are getting inspiration from his startup cafe that you can start a startup even from a small level.
