Ingredients for making Jackfruit Pakoras
– 4 boiled potatoes
– Jackfruit 200 grams
-Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
-Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
-Half a teaspoon coriander powder
– Turmeric powder half teaspoon
-Salt to taste
-Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
– Two green chillies finely chopped
– Gram flour 2 teaspoons
-Oil 2 cups

To make this, first cut jackfruit into small pieces.
Then put the jackfruit pieces in a pressure cooker and boil it.
After this, leave them for some time to cool down.
Then mash the jackfruit pieces well with boiled potatoes.
After this, add all the remaining ingredients into it and mix it well.
Then keep this mixture aside for about 10 minutes.
After this, put oil in a pan and heat it.
Then put the prepared mixture in the shape of pakoras.
After this, deep fry them till they become golden and crispy.
Now your spicy and crispy jackfruit pakoras are ready.
Then add chaat masala on top and serve it hot.
