Garlic – half a cup,
Ginger chopped – 2 inches,
Kashmiri red chillies – 6-8,
Soaked tamarind – 2 teaspoons,
Dry black pepper – 5 grams,
Oil- 1/3 cup,
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon,
Salt- 1/2 teaspoon

First of all, prepare a smooth paste by mixing garlic, ginger, Kashmiri red chilli, black pepper, oil and cumin seeds with some water. Now put mustard oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to it, then after it crackles, add this paste and cook by adding soaked tamarind juice and salt to it.
