Milk is used to make any tea. Vegan tea is made without any cow or buffalo milk. But instead of this, almond milk is used. You can add chai masala to it. It is considered quite healthy. You can make it easily in the morning. It will keep you away from constipation, acidity and gastric problems.
Ingredients for Vegan Tea
To make 1 cup of tea, take 8-10 peeled almonds.
1/3 cup water to mix with milk
For 1/3 cup tea
2 teaspoon tea leaves
1/4 tsp homemade chai masala (it has many spices including dry ginger, cardamom, arjun chaal etc.) so I don’t need to add anything separately.
How to make vegan tea
Boil 8 almonds in a pan for 5-7 minutes and then wash with cold water.
Remove the peel, then blend in a grinder.
Add water and blend again.
Your almond milk is ready.
After this you filter it.
After this now take water in a pan.
Take chai masala, tea and then boil on low flame for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, take almond milk in a cup and microwave it for 30 seconds so that it becomes hot.
Now add tea decoction and sweetener of choice to milk.
If you are heating milk on the stove then avoid high flame.
Keep stirring while boiling on low flame so that it does not burst.
