This chilli halwa is not only different in taste, but it is also very good from the point of view of Ayurveda. It opens your sinuses, that is, even if your nose is blocked or you have a headache, this halwa will be very beneficial for you. It speeds up the process of digestion. Chilli supplies more blood to the gut and your stomach. Let’s know its recipe.

This is the material
5 grams green chillies, (use light green chillies, which are less spicy)
1 Piece Aluminium
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp semolina
3 tsp sugar
1/2 cup khoya or mawa
Half teaspoon green cardamom powder

method
– First of all, slit the green chilli from the middle and remove its seeds. Chilli seeds are the most spicy, so remove the seeds completely.
– Remember that whenever you make chilli halwa, wear gloves or be a little cautious. Chilli can also cause burning sensation in the hands.
– Now you have to boil these chillies in water to make halwa. But the most important secret lies at this step.
– When you put the chilli to boil, put some alum in the water. Alum will reduce the spiciness of this chilli.
– You should cook the chillies in this alum water for 2 to 3 minutes. (You have to boil the chillies in water 3 times. That is, you have to pour water three times, add alum in it and let the chillies cook in that water.)
– Now you will see that the colour of the chilli will change. Through this process, you will see that the spiciness of the chilli, which is felt on the tongue, will disappear from the chilli, but the properties of improving the digestive process within the chilli will remain intact.
– Now grind these boiled chillies in a mixer. Do not make it into a paste, keep it slightly coarse.
– Now take a pan, add 2 spoons of ghee in it and when the ghee melts, add the chilli paste and fry it well for 2 to 3 minutes.
– Now add 2 spoons of semolina in it and fry it for 2 minutes.
– Now add 3 spoons of sugar to this halwa and stir it well. When you add sugar, reduce the flame. You have to melt the sugar, but do not let it caramelize.
– Finally, add mawa or khoya to this halwa and stir it. Finally, add green cardamom powder. Mirchi ka halwa is ready. You can try this halwa in winters or during the rainy season.

If you are eating heavy food then this chilli halwa improves your digestion.
