Just a few days ago, people from Rajasthan had set up a stall in the National Street Food Festival at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in the country’s capital Delhi. The garlic kheer of this stall remained the center of attraction among the people. At the same time, the operator of this stall, Rakesh Sharma, told Local 18 that people had liked the garlic kheer of his stall very much.
Garlic Kheer Recipe
Rakesh Sharma told that this kheer is prepared like normal kheer. Rice is added to milk and cooked. Keep one thing in mind that rice should be raw. At the same time, mix rice in milk and cook it well. After this add dry fruits and saffron and cook for some time. After this, the big clove garlic has to be roasted in ghee. After this, cut it into small pieces and mix it in the kheer. He told that if you make 1 kg of kheer, then you have to add 50 grams of garlic in it. Rakesh Sharma claimed that garlic kheer proves to be very beneficial in cold.
