The first thing to do if your fingers swell due to cold

Keep swollen fingers in lukewarm water with salt. For this, add 2 spoons of salt in half a bucket and keep it mixed. Soak feet and hands in it for 10 minutes. This will remove dangerous infections and also reduce swelling. Icing with lukewarm water also improves blood circulation. This prevents blood from clotting and provides relief from leg pain.

Garlic Oil

If there is excessive swelling in feet and hands, then use garlic oil. Apply lukewarm garlic oil on the swollen area. This reduces the pain. Also, put 4-5 cloves of garlic on the place where there is swelling and heat it and massage. This will provide relief from swelling in the fingers. Anti-inflammatory properties are found in garlic which reduce the effect of inflammation.
