Sitting less reduces the risk of heart attack
A study by a team from MIT and Harvard states that the less time people spend sitting or lying down, the risk related to heart will reduce. It also states that without any physical activity for 10.6 hours a day, the risk of heart failure and heart-related diseases was found. In the study, data of 89,530 people was analyzed and they were monitored for a week using fitness trackers.
Among these, many people sat for 9.4 hours a day and some for 10.6 hours. High inflation was seen in those who sat a lot. The study showed that even among people who exercised regularly, the risk of heart failure was up to 40%. The study revealed that if you are physically inactive and are working out, it has no effect.
