Balanced diet: Vidya Balan follows a balanced diet which includes a diet rich in nutrition. Her diet includes lean protein, whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables. Portion control is also an important aspect of Vidya Balan’s transformation which helps in balancing the diet. Vidya Balan especially follows a no raw food diet. In which she does not eat raw vegetables at all.
No crash diets: Vidya Balan does not believe in any kind of crash diet. She has included natural things in her diet which are full of nutrition.

Consistency: Weight loss is not a temporary process, because the weight that is lost quickly is regained just as fast. Vidya Balan maintained consistency in everything from her diet to her fitness routine, due to which she was able to lose weight but in a healthy way.
