Kailash Kumar / Bokaro. Honey Breakfast Stall located on Chas Main Road, Bokaro is famous for its amazing cheap and tasty breakfast. Where the customers are given one jalebi free of cost with 4 poori vegetables for 20 rupees. Especially people who are fond of whole vegetables come from far and wide to have breakfast here. The owner of the shop Sudhir Shah told in a conversation with Local 18 Jharkhand that he has been running the Honey snack stall for the last 20 years. In which he is feeding hot pooris and potato curry in front of the customers.
Regarding making Puri vegetable, the stall director Sudhir told that before making Puri, dough is prepared by kneading the dough well. It is rolled and fried in front of the customers. At the same time, to make a vegetable, the potato is first peeled and it is boiled in boiling water. Then mustard oil is put in a big pan and different spices are mixed and roasted. Then chopped tomatoes, chillies, turmeric and salt are added on it and cooked for a long time. In the end, potatoes are broken into small parts and added. Then the vegetables are boiled on high flame and served to the customer with puri vegetables and chutney.
Sudhir told that his shop remains open daily from 6:00 am to 11:00 am. About 100 plates of puri vegetables are sold daily in his shop. Customer Ajit, who came to the shop to eat puri vegetable, told that the taste of puri vegetable is excellent. Here the stomach is filled for 20 rupees
