  • Green peas shelled: 25 to 30
  • Peeled Potatoes: 2
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Cumin : 1/2 tsp
  • Onion: 2 chopped
  • salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
  • Tomato :1
  • Coriander Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

  • Remove the peel of green peas and remove them in a vessel and then cut them into pieces and clean them thoroughly with water.
  • Cut the potatoes lengthwise and keep them separately.
  • Now heat oil in a non stick pan.
  • Put cumin and onion in the pan and forget it.
  • After this add potato salt and turmeric powder and mix it and fry it for some time.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste to it and mix well.
  • Cover and cook till the potatoes are cooked.
  • After this, put tomatoes in it and cook for two to three minutes.
  • Now put the peels of green peas in it and stir it.
  • Add green coriander, red chili and garam masala powder to it and mix well.

Pea Shell Sauce

Apart from this, you can also make pea peel chutney. For this, you have to clean and wash the peel of peas thoroughly and then put it in water and boil it. Take out the skins from the water and now blend the peas skins along with onion, coriander, ginger and garlic, green chillies and salt in a blender. Lastly, mix lemon juice and chaat masala and eat it with paratha, it looks very tasty.
