This is how tea is made
Raju said that here tea is made from milk, in which not even a little water is added. The milk always remains thick. Apart from this, we boil the milk well again. After drying it, it is reduced exactly to half. Due to which it becomes creamy. This is the reason why when its tea is made, it tastes very tasty and delicious. Apart from this, tea is made here on coal flame. Due to which a sohanapan comes in it. We do not use gas at all. At the same time, a mixture of cardamom, ginger, clove, bay leaves and fennel is also added to the tea. Due to which it becomes masala tea and is cooked on coal flame for at least 15 minutes.
People come from far and wide to taste it
Raju tells that our shop is located in Ring Road. That is why it is at a distance of about 15 kilometers from the city. But, still people from Booti Mod, Dhruva and Harmu come here especially to drink tea. People say that once you have had the tea from here, you won’t taste it anywhere else. Nikhil, who came here to drink tea, tells that once he was leaving from here for Hazaribagh. Had tea then. So today as I am crossing here, I am drinking again. The taste here is not found anywhere else. It reminds us of our grandmother’s time, who used to cook it on coal flame herself.
