The Allahabad High Court has granted bail to Bahubali Vijay Mishra in the criminal case registered at Gopiganj police station in district Bhadohi for demanding money for conspiracy and murder. The court has ordered him to be released on personal bond and two sureties. This order has been given by Justice Ajay Bhanot.
The petitioner said that he is a law abiding person. He and his family have been maliciously implicated by some people with political power. There is no evidence of crime against him. He is in jail since 14 August 2020. The trial court had rejected the bail application. on which this application was filed.
The petitioner is accused of demanding money from the complainant for getting the murder done, but the petitioner says that he did not ask for money from anyone nor did he take payment from anyone. Even if someone has asked, he is not responsible for that. The prosecution has falsely implicated the petitioner’s wife Ramlali and daughter of implicating the main accused Saddam Hussain and Shiv Kumar for the crime. The family of the petitioner has been framed for defamation. In view of these facts, the court has granted conditional bail to the petitioner.
