The High Court will hear the case of irregularities in the evaluation of the main examination of PCS J 2022 on Wednesday. A division bench of Justice Saumitra Dayal Singh and Justice Kshitij Shailendra is hearing the petition of Shravan Pandey. The petitioner had filed a petition in the High Court alleging irregularities in the main examination.
It was alleged that some pages of his answer sheet were torn and the handwriting in his copy was changed. On the petition, the Public Service Commission filed a reply and accepted that the answer sheets of 50 candidates were changed due to wrong coding. According to the commission, this happened due to human error. The commission has re-evaluated the answer sheets and called five new successful candidates for interview. Petitioner Shravan Pandey is also among these five candidates.
