Hina Khan Continues Workout Amid Chemotherapy: Actress Hina Khan is battling breast cancer. She is undergoing treatment through chemotherapy and in the meantime she has also shaved her head. Despite all these difficulties, Hina Khan has not stopped working out. Recently, Hina Khan has shared a video on her Instagram in which she reaches the gym with an umbrella in the rain.
Hina Khan is seen in pink and black gym uniform in the video. During this, she is smiling a lot. While sharing this video, Hina Khan wrote- ‘What is your excuse? Exercise or any kind of physical activity is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle. But when someone is going through illness, it is even more important and effective.’
The actress is suffering from severe pain during chemotherapy
The actress further wrote- ‘Regular workout not only helps you feel physically strong but it also promotes our mental health. And it is very important to have a healthy mind. During my chemotherapy, I have to face serious neuropathic pain, due to which my feet and legs become numb most of the time.’
‘I lose control of my legs while working out…’
Hina Khan wrote in the post- ‘Sometimes while working out, I lose control of my legs and fall down numb. But I just focus on getting back up. I will not let the downfall define me. I will be defined by the strength I show to get up every time. Every time I feel like I can’t get up and go to work, I push harder. Because what else do I have except my strength, my passion and my will power. So what is your excuse? Pray.’
