- Umbi- This is the symbol of new grains. Wheat crop is harvested at this time. Umbi is offered in Holika for the purpose of thanking God. That’s why they offer food to the fire and use food as Prasad.
- Garland of cow dung Agni and Indra are considered the deities of the full moon of spring. This garland is offered to Agni as a symbol of wearing ornaments.
