According to a Euronews report, the government of Tuscany province of Italy, troubled by the problem of migration and declining population, is offering a great offer. It has been named ‘Residency in the mountains 2024’. Under this, if someone buys his house in this province, he will get €10,000 to €30,000 i.e. from 9 lakhs to 27 lakh rupees. Only 119 people live in the place where the house is being offered. You can buy a house for just 90 rupees!
The administration has launched this scheme to increase the population in villages. Under this, you can get a house for just 1 euro i.e. 90 rupees. However, there are some conditions attached to it. The applicant for this scheme must be an Italian or a citizen of the European Union. People from outside will have to get a 10-year residential permit. Only 50 percent of the money required for the renovation of the house will be given by the government. The purpose of this entire offer is to increase the local economy because when people settle down, employment will also increase.
