How to prevent oral cancer
1. Stop consuming tobacco immediately.
2. Do not drink alcohol.
3. Do not go out in the sun too much.
4. Contact the doctor in case of any mouth related problems.
5. Eat healthy food.
6. Stay away from processed food, saturated food, canned food.
