According to Dr. Priyanka, up to 4 grams of paracetamol medicine can be taken in a day according to the disease. One tablet contains around 650 mg of salt. According to this, it is safe to consume up to 4 tablets i.e. 2.6 mg of the tablet in a day. The doctor has also said that if you are taking more than two paracetamol tablets in a day, do take the doctor’s advice.
If you have fever, first see the doctor. The doctor will find out the reason for the fever and then give you this medicine. Apart from this, if the fever is more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit then it is advisable to take paracetamol and that too from 6 at 8 hour intervals
Who should not take paracetamol
