How much did land rates increase in Ayodhya after construction of Ram Mandir

Ayodhya is currently being discussed all over the world. The consecration program of Ramlala’s idol on January 22 will be one of the biggest programs in the country so far. However, today we will take your attention away from this program towards the rising land prices on the land of Ayodhya.

It is being said that the day the Supreme Court decided in favor of Ram Janmabhoomi, the prices of land there started skyrocketing. Today the situation is such that the land which was worth lakhs a few years ago has reached crores today.

How much did the rate increase after the court’s decision?

Times of India has done a report on this. It has been said in that report that in 2019, when the Supreme Court’s decision came in favor of Ram Temple, then the rates of land around the temple started increasing. An increase of at least 25 to 30 percent was recorded. In the coming time, land rates are going to increase even more in Ayodhya, especially in the area around Ram Temple.

Whereas a report of Economic Times claims that today an increase of five to 10 times is seen in the rate at which land was being available in Ayodhya five years ago. That means, if five years ago a land was worth Rs 35 lakhs, today that land has become worth more than Rs 3 crores.

How much return can one get if one invests in Ayodhya?

Land rates are increasing rapidly in Ayodhya. Especially the lands around the temple are becoming increasingly expensive. Actually, at present many other development works are happening in Ayodhya along with the temple. The government is looking at this city as a big tourism spot. When we talked about this to Aditya Singh, who lives in Ayodhya and does property work, he said that it is very difficult to find vacant land around 10 kilometers from the temple. If any land is found very close to the temple then its rate is 20 thousand per square foot to 25 thousand per square foot. Aditya says that if you invest in property here today, this land can give you 15 to 20 times returns in the coming two-four years.
