DGCA: In today’s time, as technology is changing, new opportunities for people to earn money are also opening up. If we had said a few years ago that you can earn money by flying drones, then people probably would not have believed it. But now this is proving to be true.
Drone training institutes are opening across the country. People are being trained to fly drones weighing 2 kg, 25 kg and more. At present, the demand for commercially trained drone pilots is increasing rapidly in many countries including Europe, America and Australia.
What will be the benefit of drone training program?
The government is also promoting drone training programs in the country. In this series, Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH) platform has been created. At the same time, Mani Tripathi, CEO of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), said that the drone industry is continuously growing across the country.
Drones are being used for various purposes including surveillance, agriculture, disasters. In such a situation, trained drone pilots are needed on a large scale. To become a drone pilot, a person should only be 10th pass. After becoming a commercially trained drone pilot, you can earn from Rs 20,000 to Rs 1 lakh per month in India and abroad.
This is how you can become a commercial drone pilot
After getting training as a drone pilot, you will have to get a certificate from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). Only after this you will be able to become a commercial drone pilot. Without a DGCA certificate, you cannot become a commercial drone pilot.
Apart from this, drone training is necessary only for those who are earning money by using it. Not for those who fly small drones as a hobby. According to the drone rules issued in 2021, it is necessary to take training to fly drones in view of the commercial situation.
