Local and regional fruits
In the summer season, different types of fruits are available in almost every region, which are known by different names in regional languages. One of them is Tadgola fruit or ice apple, it is rich in antioxidants and water, which is considered very beneficial to eat in summer.
Curd Rice
Most people avoid cooking and eating at lunch time due to heat and sweat, but you should not skip lunch. You can prepare rice in the morning at breakfast time and when it cools down by afternoon, add some curd to it. Mix it by mashing it with hands. Add a little salt and consume it. It keeps the stomach calm and helps in digestion.
Gulkand water
If you want to avoid the heat and drink some healthy drink at night, then mix one spoon of Gulkand in a glass of water and consume it before sleeping at night or after dinner. Also eat the rose petals that come in it. This drink is very refreshing, as well as it protects you from problems caused by heat like acidity, stomach ache, body pain, headache and insomnia.
