Ingredients to make Anarsa
Rice – 2 cups
Curd – 1 tablespoon
Sesame-2-3 tablespoons
Chinese powder – 3/4 cup
Desi ghee – for frying

How to make Anarsa
To make taste -rich anarsa, first of all, soak the rice in water for two to three days (at least 48 hours) first. It is better to use small new rice for Anarse. While soaking the rice, change its water every 24 hours. After the scheduled time, remove the rice water and spread the soaked rice on thick cloth and keep it on the shade place.
When most of the rice water dries up, moisture remains in them, then grind the rice like a coarse flour and take it out in a vessel. After this, filter this dough with a sieve and put it in a big mixing bowl. Now add sugar powder and a little ghee to the dough and mix it well. Now churn the curd and with its help knead the dough hard. After this cover the dough for 10-12 hours and keep it aside.

After the fixed time, take the dough and knead it once more. After this, make small dough balls and wrap them in sesame seeds. When the mole sticks well around the dough, press it between the two palms and flatten it. Similarly, make Anarsa with all the balls. After this, put desi ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

When the ghee is hot and melted, add the anarsa and overturn it and deep fry the Anarsa till it turns golden brown. After this, take out the pineapple in a plate and keep it aside. Similarly fry all the pineapples. Now let the pineapples cool down. Flavorful Anarse are ready. Store them in an airtight container.
