Ingredients to make Boondi Raita
to Bundi
Gram flour – 2 cups
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Water – 1 cup
Oil – for frying

for raita
Curd – 1 cup
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Hot water – 1 cup
Salt – 1/4 tsp

How to make Boondi Raita
To make Boondi Raita, first take a deep bottomed utensil and put gram flour in it. After this add 1/4 tsp salt and little by little water and prepare gram flour batter. Whisk the batter well until the batter becomes smooth. After this, add 1 tablespoon oil to the batter and whisk again. After whisking for about 2 minutes, a smooth and thick batter will be ready.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is heated, take a ladle with a small hole and pour gram flour batter in it and tap it gently, this will cause a drop of gram flour to fall into the oil. Add gram flour boondi for frying according to the capacity of the pan. When the boondi becomes crisp, take it out in a bowl. Similarly prepare boondi from all the gram flour.
Now put the prepared boondi in a cup of hot water and leave it for 10 minutes. After this, take out the boondi from the water and squeeze it lightly and keep it aside. Now put one cup of curd in a bowl and whisk it.
