Ingredients for making Cucumber Chutney
Cucumber – 2
Rai – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Dry red chili – 5-6
Green chili – 2-3
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Urad Dal – 2-3 tsp
Tamarind – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
salt – as per taste

How to make Cucumber Chutney
To make cucumber chutney, first take cucumber and peel off its peel and cut both sides. After this, cut small pieces of cucumber in a bowl. After this, cut green chillies into fine pieces. Now take a pan and put 1 tablespoon oil in it and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it crackle. After a few seconds, add finely chopped green chilies and asafoetida to it.

After roasting the spices for some time, add dry red chillies and urad dal and fry them. After roasting it for about 1 minute, mix tamarind pieces and chopped cucumber in this mixture. After this, fry this mixture for 1 to 2 more minutes. After this, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down. When the mixture cools down, put it in a mixer jar and blend it well by adding 1-2 teaspoons of water. Your delicious cucumber chutney is ready. Serve it with lunch or dinner.
