Ingredients for making Giloy decoction
Giloy leaves, stalk – 7-8
Tulsi leaves – 4-5
Cinnamon – 2 inch piece
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Black pepper – 8-10
Ajwain – 1 tsp

Giloy decoction method
To make a decoction of Giloy, first take the leaves and stems of Giloy and wash them with clean water. After this, crush ginger and black pepper. Now pour 2 cups of water in a vessel and keep it on medium flame to heat. Now put Giloy leaves and stalks in the water. After a few seconds, add basil leaves, celery, crushed ginger, black pepper and cinnamon to it. After this let the water boil.

Now increase the flame of the gas and let the water come to a boil. When the water starts boiling, slow down the flame and boil the decoction on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes. When 2 cups of water remains one cup, turn off the gas. Immunity boosting Giloy decoction is ready. Sieve it in a serving cup or glass with the help of a strainer. Healthy Giloy decoction is ready in just 5 minutes.
