How to make Kasuri Methi

For this, take green fenugreek leaves as per your need. After this, break all the leaves and separate the stalks. Now keep the leaves aside. At present, we are telling you how to make Kasuri Methi made from 250 grams of fenugreek.
After plucking fenugreek leaves, wash them thoroughly with water two to three times and clean them. Sometimes fenugreek leaves get soiled, in this case it is very important to wash them properly. After this, keep the soaked leaves in a strainer and keep them aside until the water present in them drains out. When the water of fenugreek leaves gets drained out and they become dry to a great extent, spread them on a plate or cloth for some time.

After this, put fenugreek leaves in a plate/tray and keep them in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at maximum temperature.
