Poppy seeds – 50 grams
sugar – as per taste
water – as needed
Ice cubes – 4-5

How to make Khus Khus Thandai
Poppy seeds are very beneficial for our body. In summer, especially poppy seeds are prepared and drunk, which dissolves the coolness in the body. To make poppy seed thandai, first take poppy seeds and clean them thoroughly. After this, put poppy seeds in a vessel and put water in it and soak the poppy seeds. Soak the poppy seeds for at least 3 hours so that the grains become soft.

After the fixed time, take poppy seeds and after taking out its water, put poppy seeds in the mixer and grind them to make a smooth paste. After grinding once, when the poppy seeds are coarsely ground, add 4 tablespoons of water to it and mix it twice more. Instead of this, filter the poppy seeds in a utensil with the help of a cloth. Now add half a teaspoon of water to the remaining poppy paste and filter it again. After this add sugar as per taste to Poppy Thandai and mix.
