-1 medium sized chopped onion
-1 chopped tomato
-some carrot pieces
-half kilo cauliflower pieces
-2 boiled and chopped potatoes
-1 bowl peas
-Masala and garam masala
-Ginger-garlic paste
-onion leaves
-Fresh coriander leaves
-Salt as per taste
-3 teaspoon oil

Mixed Vegetable Recipe
-First of all, take a pan and heat it on gas.
-Add 3 spoons of oil in it and let it heat slightly.
-As soon as the oil is hot, add finely chopped onion and fry it until it becomes light golden.
-After this add ginger-garlic paste and mix it well and fry for two minutes.
