Keeping in mind the problems of these people, NPCI i.e. National Payment Corporation of India has provided the facility of online payment without smartphone and internet. Even if you do not have a smartphone or there is no internet in your mobile, you can easily make online payment. For this you can make UPI payment using UPI123Pay. One thing to note is that if you want to make payment without internet, then for this USSD service should be active in your phone and there should be money in your account. There is a limit on this payment. In this, the limit of UPI payment is Rs 2000 per transaction and the limit for the whole day is Rs 10 thousand.
How can you make UPI payment?
- To make UPI payment without smartphone, you have to first dial #99.
- After this you will be asked 1,2,3 numbers, out of which you will have to select 1 option.
- Now you will be asked for transaction, here you have to select the type of transaction.
- Whatever UPI ID you want to send money on, keep all the details of it with you.
- This includes information like UPI ID, phone number and bank account
- Now enter the amount you want to send.
- After this you will be asked for UPI ID, which you have to enter.
- After all these steps, now you have to tap send.
