This will usually appear next to the name of the connected network. Tap on the name of the connected network. This will take you to the network details screen. You will need to enter your phone’s PIN, pattern, or fingerprint for security. A QR code will appear on the screen. This QR code shares your Wi-Fi network information. Ask the person you want to share the Wi-Fi password with to scan this QR code using their phone’s camera app or a QR code scanner app.
How to share WiFi without password in iPhone?
- Unlock both devices.
- Check that both iPhones are unlocked and that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are turned on.
- Connect to a Wi-Fi network. An iPhone should already be connected to a Wi-Fi network.
- Share password
- The other iPhone will try to connect to the Wi-Fi network. Select it and leave it on the screen when asked for the password.
- Wait for the pop-up message
- First, a pop-up message will appear on your iPhone asking if you want to share the password.
- Tap the “Share Password” option.
- This will send the password to the other iPhone and it will automatically connect to the Wi-Fi network.
