Due to which the prices of vegetables in Bhilwara have also become cool. While a few days ago the prices of vegetables were touching the sky, now they have reached everyone’s budget. There has been a huge decline in the prices of almost all the vegetables. The vegetables which were being sold for up to 100 kg 10 days ago have now become less than half their price. Due to low prices of vegetables, street vendors and street food restaurateurs will directly benefit from it.
Vegetable trader Anil Kumar, who sets up shop in the morning vegetable market of Bhilwara, said that if we talk about the past, almost all the vegetables were being sold at more than Rs 100 per kg, but as the winter season has started, Similarly, vegetables have once again arrived in the market. There is a good arrival of vegetables in this season, hence due to abundance of vegetables in the market, their prices have come down.
Know the prices of vegetables
In such a situation, now customers are happily coming to buy vegetables and are buying vegetables for the whole week at once and along with this, the restaurants and street food vendors are also benefiting from this. The prices of potatoes, onions, chillies, cabbage, tomatoes and coriander have reduced to half of what they were before. This decline in the prices of vegetables has been seen after about 2 months. The reasons for low prices of vegetables are being said to be the winter season and the huge arrival of new crops in the markets. After the fall in the prices of vegetables, potato which was sold at Rs 40 per kg a few days ago is now selling at Rs 25 per kg, onion from Rs 70 to Rs 40, chilli from Rs 80 to Rs 30 per kg, coriander from Rs 120 to Rs 40 per kg, similarly ginger is also selling from Rs 80 to Rs 60 per kg. Tomato 100 to 40 kg, Brinjal 60 to 30 kg, Capsicum 200 to 60 kg, Cauliflower 100 Similarly, the prices of all vegetables have fallen by Rs 30 per kg.
Vegetable prices reduced by half
Vegetable trader Anil Kumar Mali says that the prices of vegetables, which were expensive for two months, have reduced to half in the last 10-15 days. The rates of vegetables used daily in homes have reduced by 50 percent. The vegetables which were earlier priced at Rs 40-50 per kg are now priced at Rs 25-30 per kg and the vegetables which were priced at Rs 100-70 per kg are now priced at Rs 40-50. I have gained kilos.
