His café is the first café in Rishikesh, where ragi momos were prepared and served. In the initial days, when he prepared these momos and served them to the customers, he did not like the taste of these momos much. But, now all the customers come to eat Ragi Momos after asking for the address of their cafe. Apart from being delicious, these momos are also beneficial for health. It contains fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals in abundance, consumption of which reduces stomach problems.
Amazing taste of Ragi Momo for Rs 100
Saurabh told that his father gave him the suggestion to make Ragi Momo. Everyone uses flour and flour. But, ragi is hardly used in any dish. So he made momo using ragi. In the beginning people did not like its taste much. But, now everyone comes to this cafe mostly to eat these momos. In this cafe, momos will be available to you from 10 am to 10 pm. You will get a plate of Ragi Momo for just Rs 100.
While talking to Local 18, Ujjwal Rastogi, who came to the cafe, said that he comes to this cafe almost every day to eat Ragi Momos, whose taste is amazing. Along with that, he also likes the pasta and juice here very much.
