Giving information about making Garlic Naan, hotel owner Dilip said that there is a lot of demand for Garlic Naan in the hotel. To make it, flour, maida, desi ghee, milk and sugar are mixed and kneaded. It takes at least an hour to knead the dough, after which garlic is chopped, coriander is mixed in it and it is poured over it.

Rates have not been increased for 2 years
Dilip told that even after the increase in the rate of garlic, the hotel is serving garlic naan at the same rate which has been going on for the last 2 years. Because the demand for Garlic Naan is very good in hotels. He does not want his customers to get angry after seeing the rising rates. Regarding the demand of garlic naan in the hotel, it was said that about 80 to 100 garlic naans are going out from the hotel in a day. Their naan ranges from Rs 80 to Rs 120. Hotel owner Dilip said that due to increase in the price of garlic, he is not making any profit from Garlic Naan. But considering the demand of the guests, we are considering it appropriate to set aside the profit and provide garlic naan to the customers at the same rate.
