It is prepared with these things
This special type of Rasmalai is prepared from pure milk. Chhena is made by curdling good quality milk. After which it is given small round shapes and made like Rasgulla. In which many types of dry fruits are sometimes used. After this, it is spread with milk and soaked in it; yellow food color is also used in it, and then it is left at this temperature overnight. After which eating it also keeps the stomach fresh.
