Back pain is a common problem for many people. If you are also troubled by this pain, then some exercises can give you relief. By doing these exercises daily, your back muscles will become stronger and the pain will reduce. These exercises are easy to do and you can do them at home. Let’s know about four such exercises which are helpful in relieving back pain.
Cat-Cow Stretch
This yogasana strengthens your waist and spine. To do this, first sit in a square position. Now slowly lift your back upwards (cat pose) and then bend downwards (cow pose). Do this process slowly and repeat 10 times.
Cobra Stretch
To do this exercise, lie down on your stomach and keep your hands near your shoulders. Now slowly lift the upper part of your body. Keep in mind that your elbows should be bent and do not pull the neck too far back. Stay in this position for 15-20 seconds. Then slowly come back down and rest for a while. Repeat this exercise 10-15 times. This exercise strengthens your lower back and gives relief from pain.
Bridge Pose
Lie on your back and bend your knees. Keep your feet flat on the ground. Now slowly raise your hips, so that your body weight comes on your shoulders and feet. Stay in this position for 15-20 seconds. Then slowly come back down and rest for a while. Repeat this exercise 10-15 times. This exercise strengthens your lower back and relieves pain. Doing it daily will also strengthen your waist muscles.
