Puffed rice (parmal) – 1 cup
Chivda – 1 cup
Almonds – 1 cup
Cashew – 1 cup
Raisins – 1/2 cup
Chana dal – 1/2 cup
Peanuts – 1/2 cup
Bhujia fine – 1/2 cup
Red chili powder – 2 tsp
Sugar powder – 2 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 3/4 tsp
Curry leaves – 2 tbsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

How to make Dry Fruits Namkeen Chivda
To make chivda prepared from dry fruits, first heat a pan. Put puffed rice in it and roast it while stirring on low flame. After some time, when the puffed rice turns light golden, turn off the gas and take them out in a big bowl. After this, put oil in the pan and add chivda to it and fry on medium flame. After frying the chivda, take them out in a bowl.

After this fry peanuts, almonds, cashews, gram dal and curry leaves alternately in the oil. After frying them well, take them out in a bowl. Now put puffed rice and all the fried ingredients in a vessel and mix well. After this add raisins, turmeric powder, dried mango powder, sugar powder, garam masala and red chili powder and mix everything properly.
