Pappu Bhai, who runs a shop in Bapu Nagar, Bhilwara, says that I started making Kachori in 1990 and when the rainy season started, I used to make it just as a hobby. But gradually people started liking this Kachori and they asked me to continue making Kachori. Since then I have been making Kachori continuously. In our initial phase, the price of Kachori was 50 paise and gradually with the changing times the price has changed, now the price is 15 rupees.
Masala does not spoil for 10 days
Pappu Bhai told that he sells Kachori from 6 am to 12 noon. The specialty of this Kachori is that its masala does not spoil for about 10 days. Along with this, the weight of Kachori is also somewhat more than that of ordinary Kachori. Garam masala is added to this shortbread due to which its taste is very strong and spicy but people like this taste very much.
