Ingredients to make Sweet Paratha
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Sugar – 3-4 tsp
Desi ghee – 4-5 tsp
water – as needed
Salt – 1/2 pinch
Sweet Paratha Recipe
To make sweet paratha, first sift wheat flour in a bowl. After this add half a pinch of salt and a little ghee to the flour and mix it well. After this, adding water little by little to the flour, knead a slightly stiff dough. After this keep the dough aside for 10 minutes. After this, take the dough again and knead it. After this, make balls of equal proportion of the flour.
Now take a ball and roll it slightly. After this apply some ghee on the upper part and spread it all around. Then take one spoon of sugar and place it in the center and fold the dough and make a round ball again. After this, roll the paratha again. After this, heat a nonstick griddle on medium heat. When the tawa becomes hot, spread a little desi ghee on it.

After the ghee melts, put the paratha on it and roast it. After some time, flip the paratha and pour ghee on its sides and apply ghee on the top layer as well. Roast the paratha from the other side till it becomes golden and crispy from both the sides. After this, take off the paratha and keep it in a plate. Similarly prepare parathas from all the balls. Tasty sweet paratha is ready for breakfast. Serve it hot.
